Hi, I’m Dr. Benjamin Ritter, founder of Live for Yourself (LFY) Consulting and I've been beat down throughout my career. Rejections, job offers that were offered then canceled, networking conversations that went nowhere, ghosting recruiters and interviewers, and broken promises, that led me to feel broken in my career. Luckily, a few serendipitous moments with a bit of hard work led me to where I am today -- multiple professional positions, including being part of an executive team, consulting for the world's largest companies, and as a successful founder and author.

I mainly spend my time coaching leaders to create a job they love and have confidence in their career path and themselves. Actually, as of now, I have successfully coached over 500 leaders to get hired and create a job they love.

But I was missing something in my work, part of my journey. Young adults need career coaching too. I needed it throughout my journey, especially in this broken and unforgiving job market.
